Book a call
Let's look at how your team works.
One call, 30 minutes, no slides. You talk us through a normal week and leave with an honest view of what AI can take off your team, and what it can't.
- First 10 minutesWhere the week goesYou tell us the jobs your team does by hand: the chasing, the copying, the typing up.
- Next 10What we would build firstWe pick the one build that gives the most time back, and show you how it would run.
- Last 10A straight answerWhat it would involve, how long it takes, and whether it is worth doing at all.
Pick a time in the diary. No commitment, and nothing to prepare.
Or send us a message
Tell us what is eating the time. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Before you call
The questions everyone asks first.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. We would rather tell you no than sell you something that will not work.
What does it cost to get started?
A setup fee for the build, then a monthly fee for hosting, monitoring and support. We quote both after the first call, once we know what we are building. There is no licence per user and no long contract.
What do you need from us?
Half an hour with the people who do the work, and sign in details for the software you already use, where it has a way in. Nothing to migrate. Your existing systems stay the system of record.
What happens to our data?
Every client gets its own database; nothing is shared between businesses. We map where data goes before anything is built, keep it to what the job needs, and work to UK GDPR from day one.
How long does it take?
You see a working version on your real data early, usually within the first fortnight, and we shape it with you from there rather than disappearing for months.
Does the AI act on its own?
Not on anything that reaches a client, candidate or customer. It drafts, sorts, matches and flags; a person on your team approves what goes out. Every action is logged.
What if something breaks?
Every automated job reports in, so we usually know before you do. Tell us what is wrong in plain English from inside the system and we fix it quickly.
