Who we are

This website is run by Integraite Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16177490), registered office 207 Crescent Road, Barnet, England, EN4 8SB. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• When you contact us: the name, email address, phone number, company and message you send through our contact form, by email or by phone.
• When you book a call: the details you give when booking through Calendly, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
• When you take our AI Readiness Quiz: your answers, and the name, email address and business details you choose to share.
• When we contact businesses about our services: business contact details such as a name, job title, work email address and work phone number, taken from company websites, public registers such as Companies House, and business data providers.
• When you become a client: the information we need to deliver our services, invoice you and keep proper business records.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver the services we have agreed with you and to invoice for them. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you.
• To contact businesses that may benefit from our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our business to other businesses. Every message tells you how to opt out, and we stop as soon as you ask.
• To keep financial and tax records. Our lawful basis is our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions. These include our website host (Vercel), our email providers (Google Workspace and Resend), our booking tool (Calendly), our database provider (Supabase), our payment provider (Stripe) and our AI providers, who process text only to deliver the service. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, in which case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or the UK's approved contract clauses.

We may also share data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and prospect contact details for up to two years from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we keep contract and financial records for six years after our work together ends, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation. You can object to marketing at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@integraite-ai.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
