Matter update assistant
Drafts short, regular progress updates for every file from case notes, sent once a fee earner approves them.
Onboarding and AML file
Reads ID, bank statements and source of funds evidence once, flags gaps and prepares the AML file for review.
Third party chaser
Tracks searches, lender and other side milestones, chases overdue items and flags stalled files to the fee earner.
Inbox triage and routing
Sorts incoming emails by matter and urgency, drafts replies to routine status questions and escalates everything else.
SRA standards and the Money Laundering Regulations apply: a solicitor approves all advice and AML decisions, with a full audit trail on file.
